First Florida, now California. Lucky all you at the game. 🙂 Everyone still stuck in the snow in the Northeast. I’m still in Pittsburgh. Temps heading below 0 tonight. 1 degree currently! 
 
This may not be the day that the Power Spread officially makes it’s statement as FSU has loads of talent and an unusual Freshman QB. Add in a great up and comer, Defensive Coordinator Jeremy Pruitt, plus the near flawless execution the Noles have shown all year and this may be a difficult day for Auburn (Read More).
 
Still, never underestimate the Power Spread. Malzahn’s offense can score against anyone, regardless of talent. If Auburn can stay close – they have the experience as FSU hasn’t had any close games. The question will be Can Auburn Stay Close?
 
NO MATTER, IF ITS NOT THIS YEAR ITS NEXT YEAR, AND THE NEXT, AND THE NEXT.
POWER SPREAD IS HERE TO STAY!

ORANGE BOWL LIVE COMMENTARY – Clemson vs OSU

In a year where the gang (except for Craig) struggled to get to the OSU Bar, watching the “Bowl in the Sun”, in the after effects of the Northeast Snowstorm, seems appropriate. We are all stuck in our homes (I’m still in Pittsburgh), except for, of course, Craig. We are going to have to make it up to Craig during the Basketball Season and next year’s Football. Hopefully the OSU Bar will move back to Times Square (see pic) in a more Sports friendly environment for 2014. 
 
I WILL MAKE AN EARLY PREDICTION – there will be a new OSU Bar for 2014, that we will all enjoy on a regular basis and finally get that semi elusive National Championship to officially cement the Urban Meyer era and the Power Spread once and for all!
 
What we will be doing for years to come!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

This year’s Orange Bowl immediately conjures up memories, both good and bad, that Buckeye sites have mentioned for the weeks leading up. Really, the chronology of events all happened in 3 years of transition for the Buckeyes: 1977-1979.
